Assist with ESA, EFH, and NEPA consultations for aquaculture and marine resource activities across the NOAA West Coast Region. Conduct ESA Section 7 and MSA EFH consultations on aquaculture operations. Participate in development of Aquaculture Opportunity Areas and related EIS documents. Review NEPA and MMPA documents for marine species impacts.
